Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation or written commercial agreement. Customers wishing to cancel an order or service should contact KARAM CHAND AMIR CHAND promptly. Costs already incurred, completed work, third-party commitments or specially arranged goods may be non-refundable where applicable. Any eligible refund will be reviewed according to the relevant transaction terms.
